Victoria is a US Army combat veteran that served eight years active duty as a combat medic and a flight medic. She received her Bachelor of Science in Sports and Health Sciences from American Military University. She then received her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Level-II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II). Victoria specializes in anxiety and depression disorders, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD counseling for both civilian and veteran/military individuals. Victoria accepts Optum, Highmark, Aetna, UPMC, Beacon, Cigna, United Healthcare and MA/BHO.  

Lynette (she/her) is a dual certified family & psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, MSN, CRNP, PMHNP and FNP-BC. She graduated with her bachelor’s in nursing from Lakeview University in Illinois in 2013. She worked for four years as a bedside nurse in critical care and 5 years in outpatient mental health before going back to school for her Master’s Degree. It was during her family practice clinicals through Duquesne University that she found her passion for mental health care. She went back to school and graduated with her certification in psychiatry from Frontier University in January 2023. She has been working in mental health treating adults and children with psychiatric conditions since 2020. Lynette works with children, adolescents and adults diagnosed with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, PTSD and mood disorders. She has a passion for treating individuals in the LGBTQAI community as well as neurodivergent children and adults. 

Stacey is our billing manager. She brings over 13 years of specialized experience in psychiatric billing. She provides knowledgeable and efficient revenue cycle management tailored to the unique needs of behavioral health practices. Stacey's experience extends beyond psychiatry, including 9 years in cardiology office administration and billing, as well as 7 years of radiology clerical support in a hospital setting. Her diverse healthcare background gives her a well-rounded understanding of medical practice operations, insurance processes, compliance standards, and patient-centered service.With extensive multi-specialty experience and a deep understanding of healthcare systems, she brings professionalism, reliability, and proven industry knowledge to every client we serve. 

With more than 12 years of management and administrative experience, Kirah serves as the office manager for Phoenix Rising Mental Health, helping to ensure that patients receive professional, efficient and compassionate service. Kirah is a graduate of Montana State University with an Associate degree in Medical Coding & Billing. She is known for her attention to detail, organizational skills and most importantly, her welcoming approach. In her spare time she loves reading, being outdoors and spending time with her family. Kirah is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient and to keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. Her commitment to service and professionalism makes her an integral part of our team. 

Sam is the Business Manager of Phoenix Rising Mental Health. She holds degrees in both Psychology and Art. Sam has also earned diverse range of certifications in various fields & studies including computers, programming and FEMA emergency management. She has successfully run her own art business for over 20+ years and now manages Phoenix Rising with a focus not only on business health, but also ensuring the best care possible is available for patients.
